1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales are final. Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products (eBooks, guides, devotionals, and conversation starters), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

When you complete a purchase, you immediately receive access to download the digital product(s). Because we cannot retrieve or disable digital files once delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

Bundle purchases (such as the Complete Bundle for $15) follow the same no-refund policy. All sales are final with no partial refunds available for individual products within a bundle.
